Sweet potatoes take the place of the pasta. There's a home made, light tomato sauce with fresh herbs and vino in it. There's Parmesan and mozzarella cheese inside and out. (One thing Johnny does not do, it's skimp on the cheese.) And there's toasted sunflower seeds between the layers. Two words describe this lasagna: Dee and Licious!
