The burritos come frozen in packs of three.
SPJ starts with a 10 inch whole wheat tortilla. On the tortilla he places a layer of sweet potatoes. He tops this with a black bean mixture that's seasoned just right. Finally, he sprinkles the burritos with medium cheddar cheese.
